I’m also an experienced field scientist and practitioner with extensive experience in Africa, having worked in environmental policy and practice on topics such as trophy hunting, human-wildlife conflict and the illegal wildlife trade. I have been professionally trained as a media spokesperson and have many years of experience communicating about science for TV, radio and print.
